When is the Prestige Rosewood launch date?
Prestige Rosewood is currently in its pre-launch phase (July 2026 – November 2026). The public launch is scheduled for December 2026, when the Phase 3 Karnataka RERA registration is expected to be in place. Six towers are being released in sequence between July 2026 and April 2027.
What is the difference between pre-launch and public launch?
Pre-launch (running now) is the first formal release of Phase 3 inventory, open to broader prospects via Expression-of-Interest with a locked-in base rate. Public launch (December 2026) is the formal RERA-registered open-market launch where the agreement-for-sale becomes executable and the base rate revises upward to a projected ₹16,500/sq.ft. Which tower launches when?
Tower A (Rosewood Heights) opens the pre-launch in July 2026. Tower B (Sky) follows in August 2026 and Tower C (Park) in September 2026 — all within the pre-launch window. Tower D (Grand) launches at the December 2026 public launch, and Towers E and F release post-public-launch through early 2027. Tower F (Reserve) is the final and most exclusive boutique-scale release.
Why does Prestige split launches into multiple stages?
Phased launches let the developer test absorption at each price tier, manage inventory velocity, and reward early committed buyers with locked-in rates. From the buyer's side, earlier stages mean a lower base rate but a longer wait for amenities and amongst more under-construction noise. Each stage is essentially a different risk-reward trade-off.
Has Prestige Group historically launched and delivered on schedule?
Yes. Prestige Raintree Park Phase 1 launched June 2017 and was possessed April 2021 — 52 months, zero delay. Prestige Evergreen Phase 2 launched February 2020 and possessed November 2024 — 57 months, zero delay despite Covid. This 100% on-time delivery record across two prior phases of the same township is the primary credibility anchor for the December 2030 possession commitment for Phase 3.
Can I still book at pre-launch rates, or has the public launch already happened?
As of May 2026, the pre-launch window is still open. The public launch is scheduled for December 2026. Pre-launch booking continues until either that date is reached, or Phase 3 inventory at the pre-launch rate is fully absorbed — whichever comes first. View the pre-launch offer details.
